(I) Mixer (High-Speed Stirring / 3D Mixing)
Routine Inspection (Once per shift)
Main body: No loose parts, abnormal noises or dust leakage; anchor bolts are tightly fastened.
Transmission system: Motor temperature rise ≤ 40℃; bearings free of abnormal noise. Belts maintain proper tension with no wear or cracks.
Seals: No dust leakage at the stirring shaft seals; sealing parts show no aging or hardening.
Electrical system: Wiring intact with reliable earthing; temperature and speed indicators function normally.
Periodic Maintenance
Weekly
Clean residual PTFE powder from stirring paddles and silo inner walls; inspect and fasten all connecting parts.
Monthly
Fill high-temperature grease into bearing housings; check belt wear and replace belts if necessary; calibrate rotational speed and temperature control accuracy.
Quarterly
Dismantle and clean seal assemblies, replace aged sealing parts; inspect stirring paddle wear, repair or replace as required.
Yearly
Conduct motor insulation test; perform rust removal and anti-corrosion treatment on the whole unit; calibrate equipment levelness.
Common Faults & Troubleshooting
Uneven mixing: Worn paddles → Replace; Abnormal speed → Calibrate frequency converter; Material buildup in silo → Clean inner walls.
Dust leakage: Aged seals → Replace; Loose shaft sleeves → Fasten; Failed flange sealing → Replace PTFE gaskets.
Motor overheating: Excessive load → Reduce feeding capacity; Stuck bearings → Clean and replenish grease; Unstable voltage → Check power supply.
